Lucky 57 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Betting Rules

Your continued use of Lucky 57 — whether you are browsing as a guest, registering a new account, making a deposit or placing a bet — constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply alongside Lucky 57's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order previously placed with Lucky 57 or any gaming regulator that extends to Lucky 57's licensed territory.
• Lucky 57 may request identity documents, proof of address or source-of-funds documentation at any point. Accounts may be restricted pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Lucky 57 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique email address, and a secure password chosen by the player.
• You must provide your real full name, date of birth and residential address. Lucky 57 does not accept account registrations under pseudonyms or aliases.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky 57 login credentials. Lucky 57 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing their password or failing to secure their account.
• If you believe your Lucky 57 account has been compromised, contact support immediately at support@lucky57.ws — the team will secure your account and investigate any disputed transactions.
• Lucky 57 may require players to pass Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before approving withdrawals or increasing transaction limits. Verification documents must be genuine and unaltered.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information is a ground for immediate account closure and will be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

Lucky 57 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods. All transactions are processed in PKR with no conversion fees charged by Lucky 57.

• All payment methods used to deposit on Lucky 57 must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Lucky 57 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency or anonymous payment instruments.
• Deposits are credited to your Lucky 57 PKR balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Lucky 57 reserves the right to request source-of-funds evidence for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its AML obligations.

• The minimum withdrawal amount at Lucky 57 is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to prevent money laundering.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes of request submission. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 4 hours.
• Lucky 57 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Lucky 57's control.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. Submitting requested documents promptly avoids delays.
• Lucky 57 is not liable for delays caused by banking systems, payment processors or circumstances outside Lucky 57's direct control.
• In the event of a detected bonus abuse, matched betting pattern or breach of these Terms, Lucky 57 reserves the right to review and withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation.

Lucky 57 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms published with each individual offer.

• Bonus funds are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Standard wagering requirements at Lucky 57 range from 20× to 35× the bonus amount, depending on the offer. Specific requirements are always disclosed clearly before you opt in to any promotion.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Lucky 57 account at any one time. Players may not stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Bonuses are issued for personal, recreational use only. Using bonus funds as part of a strategy designed to guarantee profit — including matched betting, arbitrage or bonus abuse — is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• Lucky 57 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including voiding bonus funds and associated winnings if abuse is detected.

• All bets on Lucky 57 are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by Lucky 57's in-play cash-out feature.
• Odds displayed on Lucky 57 are updated in real time. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that bet, regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Lucky 57 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where the odds were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, and will refund the stake in such cases.
• Minimum bet stakes and maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed within the relevant betting market. Lucky 57 may limit maximum stakes on specific markets or for specific accounts at its discretion.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed or incomplete, Lucky 57's event-specific rules — published in the Sports Betting rules section — will govern settlement. For most cricket and football markets, bets are voided and stakes returned if an event does not complete within 24 hours of its scheduled start.
• Lucky 57 does not accept bets from individuals with access to non-public information (inside information) about events offered for betting. Such bets will be voided and the account suspended.

• All casino games available on Lucky 57 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by Lucky 57 or any player.
• The Aviator crash game on Lucky 57 uses a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. Players can independently verify each round result using the publicly published server seed.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical long-run averages. Individual session outcomes will vary significantly due to game volatility.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a casino session, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by Lucky 57's servers. If the round cannot be resolved, the stake will be refunded.
• Live casino games are subject to the same general Terms. In addition, the rules specific to each live game variant (e.g. Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette) are displayed within the game interface before betting commences.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full from the jackpot pool. Lucky 57 does not cap jackpot payouts. Very large jackpot wins may be paid in instalments as stated in the individual game's terms.

Lucky 57 takes fair play seriously — both to protect honest players and to fulfil its obligations under its operating licence. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic aids to place bets or interact with casino games on Lucky 57.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on Lucky 57.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or undisplayed odds as a deliberate strategy. Lucky 57 will void bets placed under these conditions and reserves the right to recover funds already withdrawn.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent limits or restrictions applied to a previous account.
• Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your name, or participating in any payment fraud, charge-back abuse or money laundering activity.

Lucky 57 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following tools are available to every account holder at no cost and without requiring contact with support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Lucky 57 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which Lucky 57 will automatically log you out. You will receive an on-screen reminder before the session ends.

• In cases where an account is closed for breach of Terms, Lucky 57 may retain funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation finds that funds were obtained through fraud or abuse, those funds will be forfeited.
• Following self-exclusion, Lucky 57 will retain the account record in compliance with its data retention obligations under applicable law. The account cannot be reopened before the self-exclusion period expires.

• Lucky 57 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and performance, Lucky 57 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky 57's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — including losses from gambling outcomes — shall not exceed the net deposits made to the account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Lucky 57 is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions or cyber-attacks beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Lucky 57's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Lucky 57 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on Lucky 57, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Lucky 57 collects personal data including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and activity logs for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML obligations and responsible gaming.
• Lucky 57 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies where required by law.
• All data transmissions on Lucky 57 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Account data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure.

• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your query is not resolved through standard support, submit a formal complaint in writing to the same email address, marked "Formal Complaint". Lucky 57 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a final resolution within 14 days.
